Andy worked as a 4-H Coordinator of Volunteer Support for Southwestern Ontario prior to joining the West Elgin Mutual team, now Salus Mutual. During his time at 4-H and involvement in the Advanced Agriculture Leadership Program, he learned the importance of building and maintaining great relationships while providing a high level of service.

Andy was raised on a small farm in Oxford Center and currently lives in London with his wife and their cat. He enjoys spending time with his family and playing ultimate frisbee.
