Heather Pettit, CIP, CRM, began her career in the insurance industry in 1995. She has obtained both her Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) and Canadian Risk Management (CRM) designations and has held senior leadership roles for one of Canada’s largest national insurers.

Heather lives in Southwestern Ontario and enjoys spending time with her husband and three active teenagers. She also enjoys exploring the world and helping others, often combining the two through volunteer trips.

As Chief Operating Officer, Heather is passionate about applying operational excellence strategies, driving results-oriented outcomes, supporting highly engaged teams, and ensuring outstanding customer experiences.
