Anna Micka is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) with over ten years of experience in human resources and a degree in psychology. Anna is a strategic and innovative human resources leader who drives performance, growth, and engagement of employees and has a proven track record of delivering results, cultivating relationships, and fostering a culture of collaboration and respect in various industries.

Anna shares her passion and expertise for human resources with the next generation of professionals as a professor at Conestoga College, where she bridges the gap between theory and practice for her students. Anna is always eager to connect and collaborate with fellow human resources professionals and leaders who share her vision of unlocking the potential of every organization's greatest asset – its people.

Anna lives in Waterloo with her husband and cat and can often be found conquering mountains, hiking, and exploring other countries.
